Shipping
Under the normal circumstances， International shipping takes 7-9 days to arrive, counted since the day our appointed shipping company takes our submission of the parcel. Additional delay may occur due to the high demand and heavy load on postal service and customs.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your item in transition. This responsibility is passed on to the shipping company once it’s submitted. They will provide a tacking NO. Of your parcel so that the status can be monitored.
If anything unusual happens when arrived, please contact us first then decide how to deal with the particular situation, eg, damage on the package.
Return
If you have any questions regarding the item you purchased, we would prefer you contact customer service and make some inquiries before placing an order, eg, color, size. If unfortunately you wish to return the correctly sent item, you can contact us for the return address, then send the parcel in it's original package. After we received your item, refund will be processed asap, but there will be bank’s commission fee and shipping company’s handling fee deducted.
Again, to avoid the high shipping fee and the inconvenience it would bring, we sincerely advise you to contact us about your item and be a little more sure about your purchasing, that would be much appreciated.
Exchange
We accept exchage for a different size or color within 7 days of the original dispatching date.
After you submitted the parcel to the shipping company, please inform us about the shipping company and the tracking NO. to avoid any surprises. You must contact us first when intend to exchage. We do not cover for the returning shipping fee.
Order cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately, once the item has been shipped, you must sign for it first and then return it to us, as usually, the amount equals the bank’s commission fee and the shipping company’s handling fee will be deducted.
Refund
The bank process our refund request once every month, so it will take 10-30 days for the refund to reach your account, please check your bank account continually.
